Sleek Consultants are proven, successful and highly motivated sales professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to convert prospects for laser hair removal and advanced medical skin care treatments into satisfied patients. This involves managing and performing consultations by phone and in person, in accordance with Sleek's highly effective sales approach. Successful Consultants are skilled in closing, cross-selling and up-selling and can quickly build rapport with prospects. The Consultant must be proficient in a soft versus hard sales approach and relationship building skills. All consultants are expected to demonstrate a true ownership attitude by creating an exceptional, service oriented environment.

Bilingual Aesthetician/Laser Technician

We are currently seeking Medical Aestheticians/Laser Techs for our location in Aventura, at the Aventura Mall. The Medical Aesthetician’s responsibilities include performing laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, facial skin rejuvenation, completing Patient charts and filing them appropriately, taking pre- and post-treatment photos, answering all Patients’ questions and concerns and ensuring that all communication is professional and friendly. As a Medical Aesthetician at a Sleek MedSpa you must have a certification from an accredited institution and you should continue your education as needed to keep your certification current.

Medical Aesthetician’s Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain a safe and sanitary treatment room
  • Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of laser utilization and Patient procedure record-keeping
  • Report any problems or concerns with Patients to the General Manager and Medical Director
  • Meet weekly sales goals
  • Promote additional services to current Patients and ask for referrals
  • Stock the prep and treatment rooms
  • Operate the laser safely to administer laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation treatments with the specific guidelines of the manufacturer
  • Perform Patient follow up

Requirements:

  • Must maintain current state licensure in order to perform the procedures mentioned in the job description

Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform Lipo-disolve procedures (mesotherapy)
  • Provide Laser Hair Removal service
  • IPL Photo Rejuvenation (Photo-facial)
  • Spider Vein Removal through sclerotherapy

Skill Requirements:
